South Studio Pilates maintains a 24hr cancellation policy. We know cancellations are sometimes unavoidable. In the circumstance where you are unable to attend your scheduled class slot please cancel your class, allowing for other clients to take your spot.

Notification to cancel/change within at least 24hrs, you will not be charged for the class and a new time can be rescheduled. In cases where the client provides less than 24hrs notice, the full fee will be charged. In the circumstance where South Studio Pilates must cancel your session you will be credited your session and a new time will be arranged.
